phew i am so tired.. i think it's the going out almost everyday thing.. it wears you out you know.. haha, of cos there are other stuff that weigh me down.. sigh, i wanna have a HOLIDAYYYYYY!!!


oh anyway, today was superbly fun!! went out with andyong and estherrrlyn.. it started off, sigh.. wad can i say.. i vow to never be on time ever again!! except with abi, cos she's always punctual.. i dunno why i force myself to wake up earlier, rush here and there, mindlessly pulling my hair back into a ponytail (which is totally the cause of my balding probelm now), run to catch the bus, all so that i can be punctual.. and then end up waiting for those late people..

ok done, so ya, it was kinda boring at first, i was sleepy and grumpy.. then andyong and estherrlyn came, ong ate his mac breakfast (this gives you a clue how early i woke up ok?!) while esther and i did rubbish..


so anyway, we went up to jurong point's theater intending to watch madagascar 2, but esther saw that 4 christmases was out.. but the timing was bad, very late.. and since jurong point is a bad place to hang out unless you are an ahlian/ahbeng who loves comics connection and stuff, we left.. thought we'd catch 4christmases in vivo..


esther and i started taking pictures (yes la yes la cam-whoring k) in the train, we were being a nuisance, i could tell.. haha, but it was just so funny.. esther is hilarious.. i took a really really bad picture of her.. she was trying to act retarded (well she surpassed all expectations and looked like she was a retard with down's syndrome who got a high fever and burnt her brains out *no offence to anyone here*)


her head was bent down in an awkward position that it pushed all the fats under her chin to the front and she had actual CELLULITE as a neck.. HAHAH!!! but i bet she deleted it already la.. but it is super funny.. it's like the worse picture i have ever seen anyone take- EVER!!


so anyway, we missed a stop cos of all that chaos, took one stop back and finally reached vivo.. went to the theater and got tickets to 4christmases.. umm,i could sense that ong was like...
but i thought we watching madagascar?...
the sort of lost confusion like why in the end i am watching a chick flick with these girls?! haha..


oh well, chick flicks, or more accurately romantic comedies, is the absolute best invention ever!! haha, it's the kind of stress relieving, mind numbing, brainless movies that bring joy to everyone.. and WORLD PEACE!!!.. (: we were doing ong a favor..


so here's the good part.. before entering the cinema, we went to giant to get cheaper drinks.. and esther saw this bazhang(dumpling) store and we bought a bazhang each cos we were hungry.. in my mind i was thinking, ooo we wtill have a few minutes to eat the bazhang then go watch the movie.. but NOOO, esther had another thing on her mind..


yep, u guessed it.. she wanted to eat the bazhang IN THE THEATER!!! sigh... i had nothing to say haha.. and so...... that was wad we did..


scene: me ong and esther settled in our seats in the theater. advertisements have stopped, movie is starting..


esther holds the bag of bazhang in her hands and plops them on her lap

the plopping sent waves of STRONG bazhang smell towards me

i think to myself, "oh gosh.. if it smells this strong wrapped up and in a bag, wad happens if we open them?!"

i turn to my other side and note angmohs sitting beside me

i think, "oh man, wad will they think of singapore now?!?"

~~~movie plays for abit.. meanwhile every little move that esther makes sends the familar wafts of bazhang smell towards me.. and assumingly everyone else in the theater, SERIOSULY~~~


esther: whaa i cannot take it anymore, i'm hungry!!

me: you're gonna eat it now?

esther proceeds to distribute the bazhangs, one for each of us

esther: whaa very hard to open!! andy you got scissors?? (this is exclamed rather loudly, i sincerly believe esther doesn't know the meaning of discreet)

i think," where got people bring scissors out one?!?"

i use force to pull the strings off, so does esther and ong

we begin unwrapping the bazhangz.. this may be pyschological, but at that point i felt that the angmohs were being totally disgusted with us..

i take the first layer of leaf off the bazhang and hand the leaf to ong so he can throw it in the plastic bag..

esther: EEYER! you gonna unwrap the whole thing and hold it in your hands?! that's disgusting!!

me: omgosh!! no la, just the first leaf right?!

let me emphasize that it is very dark in a theater ok.. i was so apprehensive about biting into the bazhang cos i really didn't know if it was fully unwrapped or not.. so anyway, esther proceeds to bite into her bazhang..

esther: oh shit!! drop!!

me and ong try to hold our laughter.. and yep, esther just kept dropping her stupid bazhang la!! no skill at all.. she dropped like half of it away.. and there was rice all over her seat and the floor.. sticky rice i might add..

we finish our dastardly deed and enjoy the rest of the movie.. i was just glad the whole bazhang saga was over..

however, after the movie was done and we walked out.. ong went to the toilet and esther and i stood outside waiting for him.. it was then that we discovered...

esther: omgosh!! HAHAAHHAH!!

i spot a lump of rice stuck to esther shirt... it looks like stale bird shit

esther starts scratching at the bazhang on her shirt while i hold to her jacket

esther: the jacket sure got alot one la..

i opened the crumpled jacket and lo and behold.. bazhang was everywhere!! the scene is just so funny you had to be there.. bits of rice was stuck to her jacket, it was so gross...

we ended up having to go to the toilet to get rid of all the remnants.. like i could flick the rice of but the stain left behind is like stuck there la.. it honestly looks like stale bird shit.. like bird shat on jacket.. it went undiscovered for months, and thus turned out like that.. and it was everywhere on the stupid jacket..


so anyway, that was the highlight of the day.. and you know wad? after that, esther said..
i'm still hungry i want another one..

HUNGRY ?!?! why did you flick of all the rice then?!? just keep it there for future snacking la!! and in fact she did find some more rice stuck to her the rest of the day.. haha, it is just, sigh.. indescribable.. i laughed till my cheeks hurt

the rest of the day was just.. relaxingly fun.. like i didnt have to worry about wad to do next and stuff.. it was like wherever we went we had fun.. we spent alot of time in giant, the samsung shop and candy empire just browsing through stuff.. i've learnt to treasure every moment i have with her.. with them..


i wanna go out again!! no matter how tired i am haha.. i may be neglecting some things?? haha, umm.. take it one step at a time la hor.. (reminds me of my conversation with esther about jordin sparks, haha.. it was a funny one..)


oh, i have to apologize to ong!!! esther and i were being total bimbos.. like the whole people watching thing.. wanting to go into a lift cos got a cute angmoh guy inside.. and like noting pretty girls, wannabe girls etc.. we talked about all the things guys wouldn't wanna talk about.. plus we made him watch a chick flick!! haha, but i trust that he had fun la hor?? hee hee..
