you know what sucks a lot? having a song get stuck in your head for DAYS on end.. well, i was watching american idol the other night, ( DANNY I LOVE YOU!!) and kelly clarkson was performing her new single, " my life would suck without you"



uh, she gained a ton of weight and her singing ability kinda went ka-putt.. but i still like her i guess, what's not to like? she seems like a nice person haha.. and RESPECT for being the original american idol man.. back to the song.. it keeps playing over and over in my head!! i don't know what to do really haha..



so anyway, yups im back.. and yes darius, i have jetlag.. haha. i am wide awake and it's 4am in the morning.. HELP MEE!!



well, being in america really opened my eyes.. almost everyday that'd be some scary news report that would never appear in spore news.. be thankful for the safe environment we got you know!!



there was this shootout at south alabama or something.. 10 pple got shot and the shooter then got killed by the police.. then there was this day some shooter ran into a church and just shot the preacher that was on the pulpit.. WHAT?!? oh and then some woman got found out of killing her baby and they found the baby's bones in her backyard..



plus plus plus, the taxi fares are INSANE.. you gotta know how to drive here, or else you'd die.. like the taxi fare jumps by US$0.55 at a time! it's like a 20min journey = US$50! you gotta tip the driver somemore.. sheesh.. you gotta tip everybody here!! haha.. insanity..



in other words, i missed spore (: YAY IM BACK!! oh, but america has something that singaporeans will never have.. ( no lisa, im not talking about hot guys.. ) everyone in the service industry here are super polite and nice.. they smile and greet you everytime you walk into a store and then wish you a good day when you leave.. even though you bought NOTHING!



in spore, you'd be lucky if the salesperson didnt give you some sort of bad attitude, much less actually be nice to you.. tsk tsk tsk, we gotta learn to lighten up.. be cheery pple!! the guys working in disneyland are a pocket full of sunshine!! haha, they have to keep pretending to be all happy and smiley although i'll bet they were dying inside..



there was this one guy who was supposed to take us on a boat ride and jaws (the shark) would suddenly come and attack our boat.. well he was so over-the-top shocked and scared when jaws came.. he must have done this ride a million times, but each time he had to pretend to be all scared and tell us to duck etc.. HAHA he was hilarious..



"OH MY GOSH LOOK OUT!!" *knees start shaking*
"HELPP!! MAYDAY MAYDAY" ( shouts into fake radio thingy)" IT'S A SHARK OH GOSH!! WE"RE ALL GONNA DIE!!"



lol, he was a stumpy guy too.. short and on the plump side?.. he could totally be a comedy star, i'd watch him.. haha.. yeah anyway back to my point, he gave his all into that lame performance! tsk tsk, everyone in the service industry should learn to care more about the customers.. i'd kill to see a singaporean do what that guy did.. i think his name was bill, or mark or jake or something.. (: he made my day HAHA
