i just got back my prelim scores
it left me feeling very sore
but if there's one thing that i learnt
it's to trust in the LORD, that's what he yearns

place everything into his hands
although sometimes it makes no sense
have a childlike faith in him
although sometimes, stupid, it seems

so even though i didn't do well
it felt so painful, i thought i fell
but still i hold on to his words
even when i truly hurt...
