wow.. im finally back online.. it's been so long!! well, i've been sick these few days.. and the medication that i take makes me drowsy all the time.. i can spend up to 16 hrs just sleeping.. and im fine with it u know, i love sleeping.. but i do feel it's a waste of my time.. like just sleeping and sleeping all day.. im disgusted with myself.. LOL!

i hope i lost weight in the peroid of 4 days.. cos i dun eat alot, no appetite.. then i sleep so much and according to Reader's Digest, sleeping burns up more calories than watching tv.. so i reckon that sleeping is quite an efficent calorie burner? oh wadever.. i dun wanna be a shallow bimbo talking about my weight all the time..

actually im pretty concerned for my sis.. she is freaking SKINNY, not even slim.. and she would look at herself in the mirror and pinch wadever skin that she has on her body and say she's fat.. she would weigh herself like at least 5 times a day? and she does sit ups and stuff cos she says she's too fat.. ok, she is 158 cm and 42 kg... she has big bones.. so pls imagine how skinny she is.. she doesnt eat meals. just an occasional snack like a biscuit or something.. it's quite frightening actually.. pls do pray for her ya? she says she's fine and has no eating disorder, but all signs point in another direction.. argh, why cant we all be happy the way we are?

i know why... cos we are too concerned over how others percieve us to be.. God created us perfect, each and everyone of us.. so i propose that we be happy the way we are and not try to change anything.. ya? ** if u r really overweight or underweight or something, i guess u should do something about it cos it's not healthy.. but if u aren't, be contented!!**
follow in lisa's footsteps... she is happy being short and old-looking.. so we should be happy with the way we look too.. (: LOL... sry lisa...
